MARLOW HEIGHTS, Md. — Deborah Macklin, 57, formerly of Hollister, died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Macklin, of the home; one daughter, Angel Cowling, of Temple Hills, Md.; one son, Shannon Solomon, of Washington, D.C.; mother, Vanell Hedgepeth, of Rocky Mount; three sisters, Diana Cyrus and Selita Wilkins, both of Rocky Mount, and Tammy Hedgepeth, of Knightdale; four brothers, Charles Roscoe Hedgepeth, of Enfield, Terry Hedgepeth, of San Antonio, Texas, Clarence J. Hedgepeth Jr., of Greensboro, and Marvin Hedgepeth, of Smithfield, and six grandchildren.
A wake will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Tuesday, Dec. 17 at Richardson Funeral Home in Nashville, which is handling the arrangements.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 18 at Pine Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Hedgepeth officiating. Entombment will follow in the Rocky Mount Memorial Park Cemetery.
